These Terms & Conditions govern all rentals and services provided by Chicago Golf Rentals. By booking with us, you agree to the terms outlined below.

Minimum Order

Due to the logistics of large-scale delivery, we operate with a minimum order requirement.

Reservations and Payment

To secure your reservation, a deposit or full payment may be required. Bookings are confirmed only after payment is received.Final payment terms will be outlined in your invoice.

Cancellations and Refunds

We understand that plans may change.

• Cancellations made at least 14 days prior to the event are eligible for a full refund, minus any processing fees.
• Cancellations made within 14 days of the event may be subject to partial charges depending on preparation and logistics already arranged.

Please contact us as early as possible so we can find the best solution.

Delivery and Setup

All equipment is delivered, set up, and picked up by our team. Delivery timing and logistics will be coordinated in advance.
Customers are responsible for ensuring the delivery location is accessible and suitable for setup.

Equipment Use and Responsibility

All rented equipment must be used properly and for its intended purpose.

The customer is responsible for the equipment during the rental period, including:

• Loss
• Theft
• Damage beyond normal use

Any damaged or missing items may be subject to additional charges.

Weather and Event Changes

We understand that outdoor events may be affected by weather or schedule changes. Please contact us as soon as possible if adjustments are needed. We will do our best to accommodate changes when possible.

Limitation of Liability

Chicago Golf Rentals is not responsible for:

• Injuries or accidents related to the use of rental equipment
• Delays caused by factors outside our control (traffic, weather, venue restrictions, etc.)

Agreement

By placing an order, you acknowledge that you have read and agreed to these Terms & Conditions.
